These GTU constitute the contract between the services provided, hereinafter referred to as "Solo Ascend", the Service Publisher, and the User, accessing the services via Discord or the website. Access to the services implies full and complete acceptance of these GTU.

All content of the Solo Ascend application, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without the prior express permission of the publisher. The use of content for commercial, advertising, or lucrative purposes is prohibited without the publisher's authorization.

Article 7: Liability

Solo Ascend cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the incorrect use of services or the improper configuration of Discord servers. Users agree to report any vulnerabilities without attempting to exploit them. Solo Ascend does not guarantee the absolute security of data, although it undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure their confidentiality and security.

Article 8: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts will have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
